  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes, we offer our clients flexible payment plans. However, your balance must be paid in full at least five days before your event date. If an extension is needed, an additional $40 fee will be required to maintain your booking and be granted an extension date. Please note: Some packages require a security deposit that will be returned after your booking.
  • How can I send my payment?
    Your payment may be paid online here, Zelle or Cash App. Prior to sending your payment, please notify us of your intent to send and of the amount. This ensures we are updating the correct invoice.
  • If I cancel, will I receive a refund?
    We understand that life happens and we try our best to work with and accommodate each and every one of our clients. If you need to reschedule, our team must be notified at least 48 hours prior to your event. From there, you have 48 hours to provide us with a new booking date. If you fail to provide a rescheduled date or decide to cancel altogether, please note that all payments are nonrefundable.
  • How can I book a service?
    Thank you for considering The Sweet Life by Squeak! You are able to view all of our packages on our website. After review, select the package that is best fit for you or your partner and hit 'request to book' or fill out the interest form. We will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a consultation and discuss your payment options. During our consultation, we will collect contact info, specify preferences/expectations, and review our booking policies. Lastly, you will receive a detailed invoice with due dates and your booking location.
  • What can I expect with a hotel experience package?
    We strive to create a seamless experience, so your only job is to show up and enjoy your night. On your booking date, you will receive an arrival time window so you know when you should expect your room to be ready. We will do our best to keep you updated every step of the way; when we arrive on site, when we are working on your room and when it is completed.
  • How will I check in?
    When you arrive on the property site, please proceed to the front desk. We will leave your full name and room number with the desk agent. You will have to show your photo ID to receive access to your room. Please feel free to call me if you experience any inconveniences. Lastly, enjoy your romantic evening. It was a pleasure to service you!
  • How will I check out?
    Please leave the property site promptly at your checkout time. Please do not take anything out of the hotel room and you must leave the keycard in the room. Lastly, please text me when you have left the room and feel free to share a review of your experience.
  • Am I able to book my own room and still receive your services?
    Yes! If you choose to make your own reservation, be sure to leave my full name; Taylor Lamar, at the front desk and notify the hotel staff of a guest arrival. This ensures I am able to access the room without you being present. You will be notified when the room is complete. We also offer a next-day cleaning service so you can avoid additional cleaning fees from the hotel.
