Hotel check in & out are made to make the client’s experience magical. We just need you to show up & we do the rest. Your only job is to enjoy your night.

If a property booking is included in your package, your full name with a keycard will be left at the front desk. You must show your ID to receive access to the room. You'll be notified when our team has arrived onsite of the property and a timeframe it will be completed.

If your booking your own room, please leave my full name "Taylor Lamar" at the front desk and notify your hotel property that you have a guest arriving that needs to gain access to the room. That way I'm able to go inside the room without you being present. You'll be notified when the room is completed.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNABLE

If you have to cancel, please notify us more than 24 hours and you will have up to 48 hours to present a new event date. If not, all payments are forfeited.

Some packages require a security deposit that will be returned after your booking.

#1. First, please select a package from our online website.

#2. Allow up to 48 hours for review, you will then be contacted for a consultation if you are deposit ready. Where we will discuss your package selection and preferences.

#3. Once your deposit is paid, you'll receive an electronic invoice with full booking details.

#4. We offer client's payment plans, therefore you can pay however sooner or later you wish. Although, your package must be paid in full 5 days before your event.

Ask to be sent the full dining menu. Some items may be additional. Note that if you want something additional added that isn't listed, please request. Please inform of all food allergens.
